IHM Australia Expands to Brisbane with New Campus and AUD 4,000 Scholarship for September 2026 Intake

July 04, 2026

The Institute of Health & Management (IHM Australia) has announced the launch of its Brisbane campus, marking the institution’s fourth Australian location after Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. To support the launch, IHM has announced introductory scholarships, including an AUD 4,000 scholarship for international students and a 15% scholarship for onshore students enrolling in the September 2026 intake. The new campus will initially offer Master of Nursing and the Graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing Practice (GCAN ANP), creating another postgraduate study option for registered nurses looking to advance their qualifications in Australia.

The Brisbane expansion strengthens IHM Australia’s national presence while expanding access to postgraduate nursing education across Australia. Located in Brisbane CBD, the campus provides students with another study destination alongside IHM’s existing campuses in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. The Master of Nursing and GCAN ANP programs are designed to strengthen clinical knowledge, support professional development and prepare nurses for advanced practice. The expansion also gives prospective students greater flexibility when deciding where to pursue postgraduate nursing education within Australia.

The launch scholarships are available for students commencing the Master of Nursing in the September 2026 intake. Alongside financial support, the initiative is intended to encourage early enrolments as IHM prepares to welcome its first Brisbane intake. The new campus also creates additional opportunities for education agents and recruitment partners, giving them another study destination to recommend to students seeking postgraduate nursing programs in Australia.

The Brisbane campus marks another step in IHM Australia’s continued growth and reflects its commitment to expanding specialised nursing education across the country. As the institution grows its network to four Australian campuses, students gain more choice in where they study while education partners benefit from another placement destination. With the September 2026 intake approaching, the Brisbane campus is set to become an important addition to IHM Australia’s education network and another opportunity for nurses to advance their qualifications through postgraduate study in Australia.
