May 7, 2025 – Kochi:
MWT Education Consultancy successfully conducted a full-day training program titled “Connect2Close: Turning Conversations into Conversions” at the MWT Global Academy Office in Kadavanthra. The session aimed to sharpen the communication, sales, and client engagement skills of its team, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience.

The training was facilitated by Dr. Justin Thomas, a renowned international trainer, certified NLP Master Practitioner, and Advanced Life Coach. His expertise brought deep insights into behavioral psychology and communication dynamics.

The program commenced with a warm welcome by Mr. Thomas Cheriyan, General Manager of MWT Education Consultancy, followed by an inspiring address by Mr. Asok Kumar, People and Culture Manager. Mr. Kumar emphasized the vital role of effective communication and sales techniques in delivering value-driven services to clients.

Dr.Justin Thomas led the participants through a highly engaging and interactive session, structured into four powerful modules:

  • Mind to Be Mind – Better Mind: Focused on mental conditioning using affirmations and visualization to foster a positive mindset.
  • Communication Mastery: Introduced the VAKOG model and demonstrated how to tailor communication styles to individual sensory preferences for deeper connection.
  • Product Knowledge Indications: Stressed the importance of confident product pitching, trust-building, and objection handling to meet client needs more effectively.
  • Closing Techniques: Offered practical methods to close deals successfully through rapport building, active listening, and assertive communication.

The day was filled with dynamic activities, collaborative exercises, and live role plays that kept participants actively involved and inspired.

The training session concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, recognizing each participant for their commitment to growth and excellence.
