77th Republic Day Celebrated with Virtual Constitutional Awareness Session and Employee Engagement Programme at MWT Education Consultancy

India marked its 77th Republic Day on 26th January 2026, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of India and reaffirming the nation’s commitment to democratic values. To honour this proud national occasion, a Republic Day celebration was organised for MWT employees in a structured format, combining a virtual awareness session with subsequent in-person engagement activities.

The celebrations commenced with a virtual meeting attended by all employees. The highlight of the programme was the Republic Day message delivered by the Chief Guest, Mr. Suresh M F, Assistant Excise Commissioner and District Vimukthi Manager, Ernakulam. In his address, Mr. Suresh M F emphasised the importance of constitutional rights, civic awareness, and the responsibilities of citizens in safeguarding the democratic fabric of the nation. His message highlighted the core values of justice, equality, liberty, and unity, inspiring participants to remain conscious and responsible citizens.

Republic Day Employee Engagement Programme

Following the virtual session, employees later gathered for face-to-face, offline celebrations as part of the Republic Day Employee Engagement Programme. The in-person programme featured a range of interactive activities designed to promote national unity and collective responsibility.

Engaging question-and-answer sessions on Republic Day and constitutional values encouraged active participation and thoughtful discussion among employees. Special “Unity is Strength” activities were conducted to reinforce the message that unity and cooperation are essential to national progress and organisational harmony.

Adding warmth to the celebrations, the sweetness of Republic Day was shared among employees, symbolising togetherness, goodwill, and the joy of celebrating freedom as one community. The programme concluded with the respectful rendition of the National Anthem, symbolising collective pride, unity, and unwavering commitment to the nation.
